Charles is the senior partner with a practice emphasizing commercial transactions and financing, project development, corporate transactions and real estate transactions. Previous transactions have including projects both across Canada and globally. It includes extensive experience in establishing limited partnerships, corporate structures, land development projects, incorporations and other commercial entities.
Charles began his career in 1984 after graduating from the University of Alberta. His practice has grown from an emphasis on residential real estate transactions to an emphasis on larger projects including construction, financing and related matters.
Charles spends his time, outside of work hours, enjoying family time with his wife, children and 4 grandchildren, as well as having a passion for home improvement projects and golf.
